1. Casino timezone operation

2. Bonus limitations

All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, and payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), as well as one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

All players can take advantage of the bonuses, except in cases where the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.

Additionally, players from the following countries are not allowed to play with deposit bonuses but can still receive VIP rewards and comp points: Cyprus and Finland.

3. Bonus general terms

Only one bonus can be activated at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. A player has the right to refuse bonuses from the casino.

All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a limitation of the maximum bet amount while wagering, and a time limitation for the bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

If, for any reason, the selected deposit bonus does not activate, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

When having funds in both real and bonus balances, real money will be used first, followed by the bonus balance. As soon as the bonus money is used, the bonus is removed.

You confirm that you understand that if we make a decision to cut the payout to the amount of the max cashout limit, we will send you an appropriate letter. In this case, after receiving the letter, you will not have any claims to the platform, as the acceptance of these Terms has confirmed your awareness of the implementation of the max cashout limit on the platform.

Any claims made by the user after receiving the relevant letter of cutting the amount will be considered evidence of abuse of rights by the user in order to obtain additional funds unreasonably and may be construed as extortion.

The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. 4. Bonus wagering terms

All bonuses need to be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn unless otherwise indicated on the specific promotion/bonus terms.

At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering conditions are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without losing their own funds.

5. Bonus hunting & Bonus abuse

Bonus abuse and bonus hunting are strictly prohibited.

Bonus hunting means:

The bonus rate (i.e., the ratio of deposits made using bonus funds to those placed using real funds) shall be deemed as abuse from 60% to 90% bonuses to deposits. The bonus rate may be higher due to the large number of used bonuses to deposits; i.e., the fewer bonuses you use, the lower your bonus ratio, and vice versa.

If the player is classified as a bonus hunter, the casino reserves the right to cancel participation in particular promotions and change bonus conditions of our regular promotions for such a group of players at our sole and absolute discretion.

Abusive behavior towards bonuses and/or bonus abuse means:

Creating more than one account with LevelUp to claim any bonuses is deemed as bonus abuse and may result in confiscated funds. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

The following bonus rate (i.e., the ratio of deposits made using bonus funds to those placed using real funds) shall be deemed as abuse over 90% bonuses to deposits.

In case of such abuse and being classified as a bonus abuser, LevelUp Casino has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.
